Returns:
- You have 3-4 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Once we receive the product, we will deliver new product within 4-5 working days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on material preference or minor color variations

Due to the nature of fabric, lighting conditions during photography, and individual monitor color settings, there may be slight variations in color between the actual product and its online representation. We strive to accurately represent colors, but please note that minor color differences may occur.

Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 days.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No, COD is not available as of now.
How long will my order take to arrive?

How would I know if my order is placed?
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse with track ID.

Return and Exchange Policy
- Material or Color Concerns: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on material preference or minor color variations.
- Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange.
- Proof of Damage: Please share an unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.
- Quick Replacement: Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
- Condition of Returns: To ensure a smooth process, returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
