At Menmai Fabrics, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 

Returns:

  • You have 3-4 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Once we receive the product, we will deliver new product within 4-5 working days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on material preference or minor color variations

    Due to the nature of fabric, lighting conditions during photography, and individual monitor color settings, there may be slight variations in color between the actual product and its online representation. We strive to accurately represent colors, but please note that minor color differences may occur.

    We appreciate your understanding of this inherent characteristic of textile products.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at menmai.fabrics@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 7806869754 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 days.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
