  • If the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped, we will process a refund.
  • Refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged or used after delivery, unless due to a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original payment method within 7 days.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
