5. Brand Usage

“Menmai Fabrics” name, logo, designs, creatives, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Menmai Fabrics.

Franchise partners are granted limited usage rights only for approved business purposes.
The franchise partner shall:

• Not use branding outside approved guidelines
